PEPIAN DE PAVA
This dish is originally from the city of
Trujillo, is made with ground rice,
condiments, chili and turkey meat with
onion, you can also add potato portions.

Ingredients:
1 kg diced breasted breast
2 tablespoons ground garlic
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 onion, pepper and chili, diced
Pepper, cumin and salt to taste
