Advice
• Rebuild the recharge process for simcards. Telkomsen needs to build the system that you can
recharge a prepaid simcard without take the simcard out of the phone. This can be done by
registering all SIM cards in the system. If the SIM card needs to be upgraded, this can be
adjusted in the system so that the customer immediately has extra data.
• Release Telkomsel in Malaysia. This can be done to adjust all the data to the regulations of
Malaysia. After that, Telkomsel needs to place BTS so people can connect with Telkomsel
• Expansion in service for customers from Indonesia. Inform customers when better bundles /
subscriptions are available. Besides that, the customer service of Telkomsel needs to create a
livechat to help the customers. By using the live chat, customers are helped within two
minutes.
• Create more awareness among Indonesian people. The marketeers need to create better
marketing campaigns among the people. First Telkomsel has to investigate which part of the
population it does not yet know. After that, they have to create a campaign aimed at that target
group.
