finding and acquiring skilled human labor for organizational needs and to meet any labor requirement. It is in the context of recruiting employees by the team in the Human Resources Department. Recruitment vs. Talent Acquisition

find specialists, leaders, or future executives for the company.
Talent acquisition tends to focus on long-term
human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skills. TALENT ACQUISITION Intoday’s competitive environment for people, all talent markets need a talent acquisition strategy. At any given time, some markets might be “hotter” than others, but the best organizations are projecting future needs and are always scouting the best talent. Attracting the best and brightest employees to your company isn’t a one-time only event.
Talent Acquisition is a continuous process.
Companies that are serious about their long-
term futures should be continually networking and building relationships with individuals who are at the top of their fields. TALENT ACQUISITION PROGRAM 1. Get organized.—How are you going to keep track of the talent you find and the resources you’re using? 2. Improve your employer brand - Make sure
your website and social profiles speak to your
target audience and prospective future employees. 3. Start sourcing talent.—Identify social
networks and communities forums where
specialists in the industry gather like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. SEATWORK: The company needs a service car for 3 times a week for a period of 2 years. First Option: Buy a car - The cost of a brand new car is P 900,000 payable in 2 years with free Registration and Insurance, Maintenance cost is 10% per year. The driver’s salary is P 700 per day. Selling cost of a car after 2 years is P 400,000. Second Option: Rent a car for P 3,500 per day including gas, maintenance and driver. Decide whether you buy a car or you just get a “Rent-a- Car”.
