CHOCOLATE CHIP

CUPCAKE RECIPE

restaurant meals than homemade food
TV-Cooking Paradigm
Cooking programs on tv have
made more people want to eat
than cook. So yeah science.
These types of
programs have a
demotivating
impact on people,
because of the
high expectations.
Ingredients:
 100g of non salted butter/margarine
 100g of caster sugar
 2 large eggs
 100g of self raising flour
 100g of chocolate chips (which ones you
prefer)
 Half a tbs (tablespoon) of vanilla essence
 icing sugar (for topping)
Method:
 Put the butter in with
the caster sugar and
beat the mixture until
it looks light and fluffy.
Method:
 Slowly whisk the
eggs. Once fully
whisked add the
vanilla essence.
Method:
 Add the flour into the
mixture and fold it using
a spatula. Once
consistent, add the
chocolate chips.
Method:
 Use two tea spoons to spoon the
mixture into the cases until they're 3/4
full.
 Place in the preheated oven (190C) for
15-20 minutes.
 check regularly, Once cupcakes are
done place on a cooling rack until cool.
Method:
 Dust with icing
sugar and enjoy!
