What is communication?

o It’s the process of exchanging ideas, information through thoughts,


emotions or even through speech, signals that people can give, several
behaviors, or writing.
The communication process :

 Face to face communication


involves a sender , a message ,
a receiver, and a response or
feedback.
Sender

SPOKEN WORDS. GESTURES , TOUCH AND TECHNOLOGY TO SEND
FACIAL EXPRESSION. MESSAGE .
Verbal communication

different culture , brevity, timing and
education , age etc. . relevance, humor and
adaptability .
Nonverbal communication

 Its sometimes called as body


language ,including gestures ,
body movements , use of touch
and physical appearance
,including adornment . It often
tells more what the person
feeling then what actually is
being said, because its
controlled less consciously .
Electronic communication
E-mail is most commonly used form of electronic communication . It is used to convey
messages to far of places in short period of time without traveling and is efficient.
