• Male 36 years old
• Chief complaint: pain on the right thigh since 7
hours before admitted to the hospital
• Mode of injury: motovehicle accident
• Primary survey: all in normal limit
• Secondary survey : right thigh region status

• Look: swelling, hematoma, no open wound
• Feel: tenderness and pain
• Move : ROM can’t be evaluated
• NVD: within normal limit
• Leg length discrapency 3 cm

right knee since 3 days
• History of trauma is denied
• 3 days prior to admission, patient suffered

• Knee x-ray reveals mild soft tissue swelling
