Objective
 To study the existing welfare measures adopted by
the organization.
 To identify the impact of the welfare measure upon
the workers health and productivity.
 To identify the place of deviation in the
implementation of welfare measures from the
statutory regulation of the factories act.
 To recommend suitable remedies related to welfare
problem so as to increase the job satisfaction and
productivity of the employees.

This study was conducted at Indo Rama synthetics (I) Ltd.
Source of Information
 Primary data
Primary source of data were obtained through
questionnaire from the selected employees at IRSL.
The data were also collected from the health center
and safety department.
 Secondary data
This data is been obtained from published as well as
unpublished literature like research papers, books,
journals, websites, etc.
Sample and Sampling
Technique
 Here at IRSL the total population is of 650
workers out of which 65 workers were selected
from various departments.
 For sampling simple random sampling method
were used
Research Instrument
 Here for research questionnaire was used as
research instrument
 Questionnaire consist of both close and
open ended question
Data Analysis
 The collected data will be analysed by using
Microsoft Excel.
 The findings were presented in simple
descriptive statistics involving some tables and
bar charts.
 These were chosen because it made possible to
investigate the relationships of interest.
