Problem : Efflorescence/White salty marks

on the brick finish.
Solution : Polyurethane Clear Lacquer
Offered Product :Specially formulated.
Case Details :The exterior of Radisson Blu is
brick faced. Initially they were having issues of
efflorescence on the brick patterns. Some sort of white
salty powder like patches were sighted on the surface
of the brick joints. The Radisson Blu authority was
trying to resolve it with expertise aid from local and
aboard. However the result were not satisfactory. Elite
Paint then stepped in, took the challenge and came up
with the clear transparent lacquer to resolve the
problem. Elite paint recommended Polyurethane, it is
basically a clear coating which allows the real texture Radission Blu, Chittagong Bay View
of the brick to be visible and on the other hand
protecting it from adverse weather, internal salinity
issues, cement mortar issues, fungus &mould attack.
The result awestruck the customer with bright happy
faces.

Problem :Wall Painting across the country by ensuring
recommended Brands and its application
process.

Case Detail : Wall painting is a common marketing
activities for Ruby and Scan Cement every year. Before
us, they used to purchase paints separately and apply
the same by making agreement with few vendors as
per their guideline. But they were facing lots of
problem which may include a) Delivery across the
country as per the vendor’s requisition b) Vendor’s
may easily alter the brands at the time of application
c) Proper surface preparation is not ensured. d)
Calculation of total painted area. e) Ensuring the paint
is displaying as per the agreement etc.
However, they took our advice regarding our product
& application and came to an agreement with
Heidelberg Cement for their painting jobs (Supply &
Apply). They are very happy to have a package service
with Elite Paint throughout the year.  We have a
separate team to make agreement with different
vendors who are involved with wall painting only.
Even product delivery, application, post painted area
calculation and all post services are taken care off by
that special Team.
