FIDELITY GUARANTEE

POLICY
Cover
• to give the Guarantee to the employer for
dishonesty of named employees of the
insured
• to make good to the Employer within a
reasonable time after the receipt of proof
of the loss All SUCH DIRECT LOSS
Cover
• as the Employer shall sustain through any
act or acts of fraud or dishonesty
committed, during the period aforesaid, by
any of the Employees in the capacities set
forth in the said Schedule
• to an amount not exceeding the Sum
written opposite his/her name in the said
Schedule.
PROVIDED ALWAYS
a) that any such act or acts of fraud or
dishonesty shall have been committed by
the Employee during his/her uninterrupted
service in the capacity and employment
aforesaid.
PROVIDED ALWAYS
b) that this policy is subject to the following
conditions and to any further conditions (if
any) endorsed herein or hereon which so
far as they relate to anything to be done
by the Employer shall be deemed to be
conditions precedent to the right of the
Employer to recover hereunder
CONDITIONS
1.This Policy only covers
such losses as may occur during such period as the circumstances
and conditions of the said employment shall remain in every
particular as set forth in the said Proposal and relative Statement or
Statement
and checks for securing accuracy of account

and limiting the amount of Moneys entrusted to or left in the hands of


the Employees at any one time in the said Proposal and relative
Statements set forth shall be duly observed
and put in practice on the part of the Employer in accordance with the
said Proposal and relative Statement or Statements.
CONDITIONS
2.Immediately
upon the discovery of any act or acts
of fraud or dishonesty by any Employee
or of reasonable cause for suspicion of
such act or of any want of integrity on the
part of any Employee
whether giving rise to a claim under this
Policy or not
CONDITIONS
• the Employer shall give written notice
thereof to the Company and thereupon the
Company shall be relieved of all liability in
respect of any subsequent acts of such
Employee.
CONDITIONS
3 In the event of an act of fraud or
dishonesty giving rise to a claim under this
Policy as aforesaid the Employer shall
give all necessary information and
assistance to enable the company to sue
for and obtain reimbursement by the
defaulting Employee or by his Estate of
any Moneys paid or payable by the
Company hereunder.
CONDITIONS
4. Any Moneys which but for the act or
acts of fraud or dishonesty committed by
the Employee would have been payable
by the Employee or by his estate of any
Moneys paid or payable by the Company
hereunder
CONDITIONS
5. Before any liability is incurred or
payment is made hereunder, full and
satisfactory particulars and proof of the
complete and final loss shall be delivered
to the Company
CONDITIONS
6 . Unless otherwise endorsed on this Policy there
shall be no claim hereon:-
a) In respect of acts committed by any Employee
prior to the date of commencement of risk
(b) For losses not discovered and reported to the
Company within three Calendar months of
the death, retirement, resignation or dismissal
of a defaulting Employee
CONDITIONS
c) For losses not discovered during the currency of
this Policy but with the understanding that in
the event of termination or non-renewal the
Employer shall have the period of three
Calendar months following the date of
termination or exploration of this Policy in
which to discover and report to the Company ,
losses occurring between the date specified in
Clauses (a) above and the date of such
termination or expiration.
CONDITIONS
7. This Policy may be cancelled at any time by
the Company giving fifteen days’ notice of
cancellation calculated from the date such notice
is posted, by registered letter, and in such event
a prorate return of Premium shall e allowed in
respect of the unexpired period of insurance;
this insurance may also be terminated at any
time, on notice, at the request of the insured, in
which case the Company will retain the
customary short period rate for the time the
policy has been in force……END
