ETHICAL CODE.
 Accept responsibility in engineering decision-making and avoid real or
perceived conflicts of interest, treating everyone fairly, without distinction.
 To be honest and realistic in the declared claims and the rejection of bribes
and at the same time to observe, accept and request honest criticism of
the technical works, recognize and correct errors, appropriately crediting
the contribution.
 Maintain and improve our technical competence and undertake
technological tasks, their appropriate application and their potential
consequences, only if they are qualified.
DIFFERENCE.

 One of the most important differences that could be seen in the codes of
ethics is that the IEEE generalizes its code for engineering and the College
of Engineers is based more on its members and on ensuring the
organization, either safeguarding public interests for a purpose. in the
organization itself.
 Cooperate between members to establish purposes and resolutions.
 Collaborate in the elaboration of general and specific norms for what
governs the design, execution and control of works.
 Combat empiricism and ensure compliance with all the aforementioned.
 Both groups seek the professional well-being of their members.
 The College of Engineers seeks to improve the working conditions of its
members.
 The difference is that the College of Engineers is more focused on the work
environment of its members
