RICE AND DUCK
IT is a very rich
meal that has similarity
to rice
and CHICKEN IT is a
favorite for
people DISH.
Ingredients

FOUR DUCK LEGS HALF CUP OF OIL


ONE CUP OF CHOPPED THREE CLOVES OF
ONION MINCED GARLIC
YELLOW PEPPER CORIANDER
HALF CUP OF PISCO FOUR CUPS OF DUCK
BROTH
A CUP OF BEER THREE QUARTERS CUP
OF PEAS
HALF CUP OF CARROT TWO RED PEPPERS
A YELLOW PEPPER IN
STRIPS THREE CUPS OF RICE
SAL AND
PEPPER
PREPARATION
Season the duck with salt and pepper.
Fry it in oil for seven minutes.
Remove the prey and fry the onion, garlic,
ground yellow pepper,
coriander and cook for a few minutes in the
same oil.
Pour the pisco, the broth and the beer.
Add the duck and cook thirty-five
minutes, remove and keep warm.
Add the peas, carrots, chopped peppers,
yellow chili peppers and rice.
When it boils lower the heat and cook for
15 to 20 minutes.
Serve the rice with the duck prey,
garnish with the remaining
pepper cut into strips.
