Weekly Challenge
Now, I challenge you this week to sit with yourself and be
honest with yourself. Challenge yourself to say the things that
the voice in your head says to you but out loud. Listen to it.
Then shift it. Paint, draw, practice yoga, work out, anything that
shifts the focus of your being from your appearances to your
capabilities. Then write about how you feel. And if you can’t shift
those words, practice being ok with that. Practice self
compassion this week for yourself. Good luck and remember
that you are enough, you are more than enough.
