BRASS Strategy
2020-2024
BRASS is a medical institution that solves the problems of
appearance, health and general health - with diagnostics
and therapy based on it, incl. surgical operations in
accordance with the principles of Evidence-based
medicine.

The facility is designed for people who want to prevent

illness first and foremost through preventative
examinations and preventive therapy rather than treating
the disease when it already exists.
The main focus of diagnostics is on medical examination
packages for people of all ages and genders with constant
long-term view of health status and appropriate check-up
lists at certain intervals depending on the client's age.

The main focus of therapeutic programs is to support

and maintain a young and healthy, well-being body by
methods that are most useful in terms of long-term results
and are based on the principles of evidence-based
medicine.

The main focus of surgery - cosmetic surgery of the face,

proportions of the body, palms and feet, as well as the
correction of other appearance problems.
Clinic, not less than 80% of clients of whom after passing
therapeutic programs, evaluate the results of addressing
the reasons for treatment - a rating of "4" or "5" on a 5-
point scale, where "1" is unsatisfactory and "5" is very
good, perfectly.

As well as an institution whose level of service according

to the survey of existing and past clients is on average not
less than "4" on a 5-point scale, where "1" is very bad and
"5" is excellent.

At least 3% of our patients are foreign nationals.

An institution of not less than 50% of the staff who attend at
least one international event devoted to his or her profile of
work each year outside of Ukraine and at least once a year in
a professional development event in Ukraine.

An institution that lists at least 50% of each physician's

services consists of therapy programs and technologies
listed in the Evidence based medicine libraries as being no
older than 2 years or the last listed for relevant illnesses.

The same applies to the diagnostic techniques used in our

work (at least 50% of the techniques should be at least 2
years old by Evidence based medicine or at least relevant
for the diagnosis of these diseases).
A clinic that, in the treatment of children, meets the criteria
described above for a 2-year period of novelty in Evidence
based medicine.
The clinic, which has links with medical institutions of
Ukraine and the World, which provide an indicator that at
least 80% of patients who refer to us, after consultation and
diagnosis, indicate that their problem can be solved in
"BRASS" or them information and contacts have been
provided by an institution in Ukraine or in the World that
addresses these issues.

A clinic that meets current health care requirements in

Ukraine for our proposed procedures - and is integrated into
the nationwide healthcare system with funding from the
National Healts Care Office.
The clinic, whose staff according to the annual survey,
assesses their degree of satisfaction with the work in
BRASS by rating not lower than "4" on a 5-point scale, where
"1" is very dissatisfied, "5" is extremely satisfied.

Clinic, not less than 2% of the total number of operations

performed for people who have problems of appearance, are
incompatible with normal existence in the society (by expert
decision of the team of doctors "BRASS") and do not have
the funds for appropriate correction - free of charge for
realization of social responsibility of business.

The number of doctors should be 40-60 people.
