INVOLUTION

DEFINITION:
Involution is the process by which
the pelvic organs revert back
approximately to its pre-pregnant state.
It is a physiological process occurring
after parturition.

DEFINITION:
Sub involution is a medical condition in
which after childbirth, the pelvic
organs does not return to its normal size.

prolonged

 Irregular Cramp like Pain (Retained bits)

 Rise of Temperature in case of Sepsis

 Antibiotics in case of infection
