 The aTwenty-fifth day of
August of every year is
hereby declared as the
“NATIONAL TECH-VOC DAY”
 All heads of government agencies and
instrumentalities, including government-owned
and controlled corporations, local government
units, public and private schools at the basic
technical-vocational and tertiary education
institutions, employers in the private sector and
industry associations shall encourage and afford
sufficient time and opportunities for their
employees to engage and participate in any
activity conducted within the premises of their
offices or establishments in celebration of the
“National Tech-Voc Day”.
 Pursuant to the observance of the
“National Tech-Voc Day”, the annual
program of activities and advocacy
campaign shall be prepared and
implemented with the Technical Education
and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
and the Department of Education (DepED)
as the lead agencies.

Capability Building Program for Provincial Directors, Regional and TTI Focal Persons on WCO thru JoLiNS, August 6-8, 2019, TIARA Hotel, Makati City
1. Number of partners (government agencies, industries, financing
institutions, and TVIs) participated;
2. MOA among partners was forged indicating the commitments
sourced from the partner agencies;
3. Number of TVET graduate/alumni jobseekers interviewed and
processed;
4. Number of TVET graduate/alumni hired (HOTS);
5. Number of TVET graduate/alumni near hired;
6. Number of TVET graduate/alumni provided with slots for skills
upgrading program
7. Number of TVET graduate/alumni provided with slots for
entrepreneurship training;
8. Number of TVET graduate/alumni inquired on possible financial
loan for self-employment;
9. TVET graduate/alumni lacking employment requirements data
were gathered for possible interventions;
10.JoLiNS platforms were delivered as per TESDA Circular no. 38
series of 2016.
