Prep time for EOI Performance Task

5 step process
Step 1: Look at the Performance Task
and the Rubric and Break it down
into all the things students will need
to know and be able to demonstrate
in order to accomplish this.
 Step 2:Match the things students
need to be able to know and do to
objectives and structures you have
taught and rate mastery of these.
Step 3: Order these into 4
days with 4 subjects and a
morning meeting.
Step 4: Fill in the question marks (if
any) with other objectives that need
to be revisited based on IP data.
 Step 5: Frame all of
these as objectives and
plan for how each
Fellow is going to be
part of a whole in terms
of continuity and
connections made to all
4 days.
