Introduction
 A Power Generating Method from sunlight

 Solar Panels need maximum sunlight to produce

more power

 This project will help for maximum intensity of

light by setting the hardware for power
generation.

 When there is lowering the intensity of sunlight,

these system automatically changes its direction
to obtain the intensity of light.
Problem Statement
 There is no backup power supply for smart home.

 The connection between Raspberry Pi and the solar system have going to be an error.

 The another problem is, the solar panel can generate the sufficient power generation for the whole smart
home system.
Aim
 To build a Single Axis Sun Tracking Solar System and upgrade the face recognition system(the project that’s
IOT based Smart Home System)
Objective
 To make a single axis solar tracking system

 To support the smart home system with back-up power supply by using solar panel

 To make the higher security level of the face recognition system which can't be open by using photo
Face Recognition System
 Face recognition system is a technology capable of identifying a person from digital image from a video
source.

 They work by comparing selected facial features from given image with faces within a database.

 It’s also described as a Biometric Artificial Intelligence based application that can uniquely identify a person

by analyzing patterns based on person’s facial textures and shape.

Expected Outcome
 To get the single axis panel with smooth rotation by using the good control of servo motors.

 To expect the solar panel can produce enough electricity by sun tracking and this system.

 Trying to get the more secure door lock system by testing using more images of people resulting False
Rejection Rate (FRR) of 100% in face recognition system.
