THE INGREDIENTS

• 1 kilo de noodles
• 4 eggs
• Butter
• Milk
• Aniseed
• Salt
• Oil
• Cheese
1. PUT WATER TO BOIL IN A POT

2. WE PUT OIL AND SALT


3. Add the noodle for 12 minutes

4. we strain the noodle in a bowl


5. Beat the milk with the eggs, salt.

6. Cook the noodles. Place half in a


mold (medium rectangular pyrex) with
butter and then pour half of the milk and
egg sauce.
7. To finally beat:
• 2 eggs
• Add this smoothie over the cake.
Garnish with anise grains

8. Place in the oven for 20 minutes
