What is Agile
Agile is a time boxed, iterative
approach to delivery a project that
builds features incrementally from
the start of the project, instead of
trying to deliver it all at once near
the end.
Why Agile ?
Agile looks evolutionary. It gives
teams an opportunity to learn
with each new iteration or
draft. Agile allows teams to
deliver a prototype and improve
it with every cycle. Agile supports
regular and collaborative
troubleshooting. Agile helps
teams and individuals effectively
prioritize features and work in
general.
Purpose of Agile
Agile is a process that helps teams provide quick and unpredictable
responses to the feedback they receive on their project. It creates
opportunities to assess a project's direction during the development
cycle. Teams assess the project in regular meetings called sprints or
iterations.
