    • mission statement is a means to share the goal of an organization.
    • It communicates what is important to and the direction of the organization.

    • This is a set of ideals and principles that the organization holds on to.

    5. Guiding Principles-
    • These are the organization’s beliefs and philosophy concerning what the
    organization does, why it does it, and how it does it.

    1. Go back to your identified community.
    2. Look for an existing youth organization.
    3. Formulate your own guiding principles in your community. Formulate
    your Vision, Mission, Organizational image and core values
