Ping-a address
• The utilities 》 Ping utility tests the net
work path between the appliance and a
nother host.
• Address enter the host name or IP addre
ss of the site or host you wish to ping an
d press the enter key on your keyboard.
• Ping.sends four ICMP packets to the hos
t defined in the address field.
-A this ping command option
will resolve if possible the
hostname of an ip address t
