 Mine and sell Cobalt to Mobile/Car battery makers.
 Provide basic wages to the Congo labor
 Challenge the human right issues challenges taking place in the country
MISSION
 Improving the lives of residents of Congo and teach them basic financial knowledge
 Ethical mining.
 Create jobs for the people
 According to trading ecnomonics, Congo’s umemployeement rate peaked at a
ataggering 16.1%. It’s current population is at 5.26 million.
VISION
 We plan to create jobs, with benefits given to the locals. We help our employs
with a package that can hopefully change their lives for the better. Union breaks
will be given once certain amount of work is completed, commission for extra
work will be paid on the spot
 No children under 15 can work as it may affect their health, appropriate work
clothes will be provided (ATSDR - Public Health Statement: Cobalt, 2015)
 Health wages enough to support their families, by contract the employee will not
be, allowed to spend the money on things that may harm his physical health,
which includes Smoking and Alcohol (limited consumption is fine).

 Another method in which we plan to promote our product is through creating a
LinkedIn Account. By introducing LinkedIn to the marketing strategy can be an
advantage for the business as it can lead to expansion and growth of the business
including expansion of network and client base.
