Degraded Perovskite solar cell
• Non Idealities change the inclination of the slope
• Due to the accumulation of opposite carrier at
the interface on both sides of the cell
• Degraded Perovskite solar cell split in three
layers

Suppose charge accumulate at the one side..!

Band Diagram Comparison
• Three layer architecture is more
practically form due to the
migration at the interface.
• Ions at the interface is represented
in top an bottom thin layers.
• S shape hysteresis is formed if traps
are ionized hence decreases FF.

Conclusion
• Validate
Hysteresis based device is three layer device
• in bulk, enhances the FF (~62%) reduces S shape IV.
• Shallow traps () with ions interface
causes S shape IV.
• charged traps and ions are similar but not identical
• If ions immigration is hinder to keeping
causes efficient change in the performance.

Current Matching in 2T
• The 2T has the current limiting factor
• In 4T best Top and Bottom cells are used
• In 3T the albedo reflection is 2/3 of the
reflected light

• 2T Top cell thickness dependent

• 4T High manufacturing cost less
independent of thickness
