• Currently the firm has two directions: design and
business. Need to decide • Appoint a CEO from inside or outside the company • CEO should be aligned with the designer/founder vision, but be responsible of business decisions • Nominate a Board of Directors where the majority of the rights’ vote is hold by designer/founders Business Development
• Clients will find e-Type, not the opposite
• CEO will explore, anyway, synergy and partnership with selected premium brands. • Keep working in the direction of “Revolutionary & Innovators” • In case of lack of cash flow or phase needed of a specific new clients to add in portfolio, the firm has to indulged with client’s requests. Assign the job to the Junior team from the “workshop”. However always present the two options to the client. Sell the innovation solution, but accept if the client chooses the traditional one.
