    • Openness to experience we would like to have someone who is open minded, one who
    enjoys experimenting things.
    • Conscientiousness, intelligence – we need someone who will makes sure that the work
    is done with accuracy.
    • Agreeable someone who will agree to the decisions taken by the team and not create
    any conflict .
    • Extraversion one who is open to interact with new people, keeps the team entertained
    and together
    • Work experience one who will share their knowledge and experience and help in
    decision making. Who will work effectively and efficiently.
    Will our choices change?
    • No. our choices won’t change as we got a team with required
    characteristics which will also work well at quick decision making.
    Ideal individual
    • Samradni -leadership qualities, openness
    • Youvan -good communicator , confident
    • Shubham -active participation, honest
    • Vinayak =flexible, cooperative
    • Raj -experienced, loyal
