WHAT IS TEH

 The air pollution from burning fossil fuels

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THIS AIR
POLLUTION?

 It is mostly because of the over population and the over

usage of cars.

WHAT DO CARS PRODUCE THAT CAUSES

AIR POLLUTION?

o It is mostly because of
carbon dioxide and other
gases.
CARBON DIOXIDE
 It is supposed to be about 0.04% but because of the
burning of fossil fuels the percentage is changing and
getting higher.

 It causes global warming and is harmful to our lives.

CARBON MONOXIDE
 MANY people have been killed because
of carbon monoxide, it is very toxic.
 It is produced due to incomplete
combustion.

SOOT
 It blacken buildings and
damages health.
 It causes global dimming.
SULPHUR DIOXIDE & NITROGEN
OXIDES
 Both make the rainwater more acidic,
which makes it harmful to humans, fish,
and damages buildings.
HOW TO REDUCE POLLUTION?

1. Lean-burn car engines.

2. Catalytic converters.

3. Planting plants.
RENEWABLE & NON-RENEWABLE
FUELS
 Renewable fuels (infinite) can be used again.
Such as:

 Non-renewable fuels (finite) will eventually run out.
