ABSTRACT

In India , textile is a second largest employment provider after agriculture. Fashion industry
growing at an outstanding rate of 20% annually in India as well as globally. In textile sector
,handloom is a signature of rich heritage of India .Indian global textile export share is 5%
which is very less though the entire value chain is easily available in India. Outdated
technology , inflexible labour laws, low production of man made fibre ,fragmented industry
and global policies these factors lose the India’s competitiveness in textile sector .To
overcome the problem the study seeks to develop mixused facilities that metigate the
problem and enhance revenue generation.
