 Unless you select the check box, your
form will not sync with the server.

 In case the form is not complete and you

might need to revisit it, do not select the
check box. Just save the form and exit in
this case.

EB Completion Form
After the line listing is complete for an EB, fill the EB Completion Form.
Select the form Fill in the details Save the form and exit

Enumeration Form
Once you have completed the EB Completion Form, start with the Enumeration Form.
Select the form Fill in the details Save the form and exit
