THE FIELD

• After booking stage and after accounts verifying. (M)

• Stage to go ASM, (M)
• ASM will assign PM, (M)
• PM Will do the needful and upload pics of lms
• Then PM will complete the stage.(M)
• Once PM completes stage it should go to designer
• After design at revision stage ,
• again it should go to asm , (M)
• asm will assign a PM, (M)
• and PM will do needful and upload photos and completes
• Once pm completes it should go to Design review (M)
• Once packing stage is completed (M)
• Again – ASM (M) – PM – Upload Photos of FSI and then complete (M)–
Balance payment collection
• Once dispatched , again it will go to asm (M)

• ASM will assign PM then PM will complete later all stages (M at last stage)
• Between Raw material availability and packing
• Production
• Stage 1
