Opening Ceremony
• Opening ceremony will be held at Palava football ground

• In the opening ceremony all participants of swimming, football, squash and lawn
tennis will assemble at football ground Palava

• After the opening ceremony participants who are taking part in swimming, squash
and lawn tennis will be taken from football ground to olympia sports centre for
which Palava is providing their bus services

 Entrance arch
• At the entrance we can have the box gate with the Palava branding
• After the entry on the left hand side we will have the registration counter with a
backdrop and canopy to promoters to sit and register

• A centre backdrop will placed in the ground for the ceremony

• Branding, Sound ,Tables ,fans and water will provided as per the venue

• Promoters and supervisor would be their to take care of the proceedings going
smoothly and also to guide the players for the other venues
OLYMPIA SPORTS CENTRE

• At the entrance of olympia we can have the railing banners single side with flat
pillar banners with the PCC branding
 Swimming, Squash & lawn tennis
• Olympia sports centre is the other venue for remaining three games which is
almost 6 km from the football ground
• For the participants bus services are provided by palava from football ground to
Olympia
• For all three games registration will be done at the olympia sports centre
• Water ,fans and tables will be provided as per the needs of the venue
• We can put a three way sound which would be audible for the all the venues
• Our promoters will be there at all the venues to guide and supervise the
participants for any help
• We can place welcome standees ,PCC branding standees over the venues
• We can do Pyramid sort of branding in particular area
BRANDING

• We can have the photo up backdrop for the participants and their family to click
photos
 A boards
• Railing banners and A boards can be placed in the lawn tennis court
 Floor branding
• We can have large banner of size 60 x 10 printed on flex with Palava branding
which can be pasted on he vacant area near swimming pool and can be shoot from
a drone camera
 Beach flags
• This can be placed besides swimming pool
 Digital Scoreboard
• We can have digital scoreboard – in a form of LED wall with a software and
operator who display every hour the score of the teams and winners of a particular
game
