ERP system is a business management system comprises of set of


software that integrate and manage all business functions within
organization.

ERP software can integrate all of the processes needed to run a


company.
ERP solutions have evolved over the years, and many are now
typically web-based applications that users can access remotely.
An ERP system can be ineffective if a company doesn't implement
it carefully

Research Objective
The effect of ERP successful implementation on employees
productivity, service quality and innovation. Data were collected via
questionnaires from 129 people. The collected data were analyzed.

Based on the research model, the
following hypotheses were formulated

Hypothesis 1: There is a significant effect of ERP


organizational impact on employees'
productivity.

Hypothesis 2: There is a significant effect of ERP


user's satisfaction on employees' productivity.

Result
 Organization impact has a significant positive effect on
productivity (β = 0.367, p < 0.05), so hypothesis 1 was supported.
 Service Quality (β = 0.481, p < 0.05), so hypothesis 2 was
supported.
 Innovation (β = 0.395, p < 0.05), so hypothesis 2 was supported.

Findings
• ERP software is not one of those crafts; only after extensive training
can one attain a depth of understanding worthy of the oh-so-coveted
Master status.
• For instance, if your business is falling short of its sales goals, place
greater emphasis on your ERP’s customer relationship management
(CRM) component; this will ensure that users fully comprehend how
the tools at their disposal can help them acquire new business.
• The importance of ERP security cannot be overstated. The software is
home to highly sensitive business and client data, making it a prime
target for hackers and other bad actors who would love to get their
grubby little hands on proprietary information.
