All ingredients will be weighting before mix

Mixing
• Production has a formula to mix ingredients
• Duration time is 30 s, 75 s, 30 s

Holding and Conditioning

• After mixing feed will be store at cooling room
• Feed is separate to crumble and sieve
Pelleting
• There are 10 pellet pipes
• Temperature depends on feed type (Breeder, Pig, Cow, etc.)

Packaging
• Feed will be package in the end of production process
• Each Pallet (number of pack) has 56 pack (2800 kg/ 2,8 tons)
• Each pack has weight 50 kg
