Strategic Management Process
• Various approaches are used in the SPM process.
• Some have developed five step planning process,
others six step planning process,
• Bryson has developed eight step planning and
management process, while
• Crosby goes as far as 10 step process.
• But all these authors generally agree on the
essential components.
•  We have therefore adapted a step by step process
that is simple, flexible and applicable to the
Ethiopian reality.
