of art to the AGW Sharing and Caring Shop &


raise funds for our ANCOP scholars!
What you need to know:
All proceeds will go into our AGW scholarship funds,
and will be credited to your Sector once the item is
sold.

Items we accept:
• original artworks (paintings, sculptures,
threadwork, crafts)
• home appliances (must not be beyond 7 years old,
and in good working condition; very much usable)
• toys and books your children have outgrown (Sorry,
no textbooks please!)
• furniture • modes of transport (bicycles,
• musical instruments motorcycles, even cars!)
• sports equipment • jewelry/ watches, shoes, apparel
• electronic gadgets

Mechanics:

1. Seller will send 5 photos (3 close up pics -


front, sides, and back; 1 scale pic to show
dimensions/ size; 1 lifestyle pic showing
owner using the item) with brand and model
of the item (if applicable) together with a
short description of the item and selling
price. Include the following information:
• Name of seller
• Mailing address
• Contact number
• MM Sector
Mechanics:
2. Items will be submitted to quality assurance
team for proper appraisal. The Quality
Assurance Team will evaluate the items using
the following criteria:
• how old the item is and how long it can still
be used;
• issues/ defects, if any;
• suggested selling price.
However, the AGW Core Team will leave the
assessment to the Quality Assurance Team’s best
judgment.
Mechanics:
3. Once the item has been appraised, the design
team will format the image using the
template.
4. Items will be showcased in the Sharing and
Caring Shop online shopping show and posted
in the online shop.
5. Once the image is in the online shop, it will be
open for selling/ auction, whichever is
applicable.
6. The moment a sale is completed, the AGW
Team will inform the seller that the item
donated has been sold. A Messenger group
chat between the seller and buyer will be
created so they can discuss shipping details.
Sales/ Auction Rules:
1. For auction items, bidding is made by
placing a comment below the photo of the
item you are bidding on. All bids are in
Philippine peso. Bidding will close after two
days.
2. For items that are for sale, the first buyer to
comment “MINE” will be awarded the item.
(Note to buyer: Please expect a private
message from our sales team.)
3. Payment must be received within 48 hours
of sale/ auction ending (preferably sooner).
Accepted methods of payment are the
following: Bank transfer, GCash, PayPal*
and Cash on delivery via courier.
Sales/ Auction Rules: 4. The Finance team will issue the necessary
receipts once the payment has been
verified.
5. Buyers must be residents of Metro Manila
to be able to purchase.
6. Winners/ buyers are responsible for all
service and delivery fees.
7. All bids and sales are final. Since this is for a
good cause, we expect that buyers are fully
responsible for their choices.
8. This group is not to be used as an
advertisement space for any business other
than the Virtual ANCOP Global Walk 2020,
so please refrain from posting other items
for sale.
Sales/ Auction Rules:
9. Non-bid comments will
be deleted. If you have
a question, you may

message.
10. Once a payment is
made, sale is final.
