additional flavors taken from fruits and
herbs
Step by step Process in
Making Fruit Wine
1.Preparethe materials and
ingredients needed.
Materials: Ingredients:
SterilizedFermented Jar or
Empty Bottle
Fruit or Extracted Fruit
Flour sack or Catcha
Refined Sugar
Blender
Clean Water
Strainer
Yeast
Funnel
Other Extracted fruit
Beaker which are sour in flavors
Wine Bottle like Calamansi, Lemon
FERMENTED JAR
2. Fruit Collection
- by gathering all
available fruits
that you need.
3. Sorting
Used for
choosing the
right quality of
fruits
4. Washing then drain
– for the removal of microbial
lobe or the bacteria / germs
that comes from fruits
5. Pulping or Blending
Used for extracting the
juice of the fruit or it can
be fruit mashed
6. Adding water to the
extracted juice or mashed
 Note: for every 1 kilogram
of extracted fruit juice or
mashed , there is only atleast
¾ of additional water of it.
7. Sugar Adjustment
Note: Every 1 kilo of fruit
mashed or extract there is ¾
kilo of sugar.
8. Boiling
Boiled the combined
extracted fruits and
sugar in a beaker.
And let it cool.
9. Adding of Powdered Yeast
then stir
to produce the
alcoholic content of
wine
10. Fermentation
Produce of an air lock in a
fermented jar.
Store it for atleast 2-3
weeks
