INTRODUCTION

The library Management System program visitor to your online Library


site to borrows book in virtual online library. They may view the content of their
online library at any time and may add or delete book at will. The program
automatically calculates the subtotal issue book, returned book. when a visitor
decides to check out the book information including the member’s name
address.

Online library This is software which helps you to do the major part of online library
management by using this site and can be managed by online; you can do the all

management major transaction in a secure way. Here the member will feel a virtual library by
adding the selected book to addition to that; he can also does bulk addition into

system
the cart before borrow. This all options are done by session management. To
ensure the authentication of the member, he must have to register before
proceeding. It provides following started features of any library Windows
Application.
OBJECTIVE

 This Software is design with all features which is very useful for LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM,
Users and management teams.
 This Software will maintain online information related to specific scheme and their various details.
 It will generate the list of schemes whose names are allotted in the Windows Application.
 This Software generate ID cards
 Providing menus on the screen for user convenient & interface on screen for link more features and make
attractive of the startup screen.
After understanding the existing system and understanding the need for developing a new system different
people involved in the related activities have been consulted. The data needed for the study has been collected
from company records.

Members ,Maintain reports ,Generate reports All
these details are maintained by the Adminstrator.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

 
Test Report:- As all above test cases, we conclude that the system and all other module are properly
functioning as they are programmed to do.
 
User can Borrow any Books of their choice with their choice of return date. Admin can
Manipulate records, Insert, Update, Delete and Display all the Books in database. also can view user
details and Books Details.
CONCLUSION

 The project “LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” has been completed. The goal of the system is achieved and
problems are solved. The package is developed in a manner that it is user friendly and required help is
provided at different levels.

 The project can be easily used in the process of decision making. Different types of reports can be generated
which help the management to take correct decision and reduce the time delay which automatically increase
the company’s work standards as well as the economical state of the company.

 This system never decreases the manpower but helps the development of available manpower and optimizes
the manpower by which company’s standards and capability can be scaled to higher dimensions.
