Michelangelo
Michelangelo was a painter, sculpture, architect, and poet of
Florida he influenced his people with development of
western art. His work was the most famous in Florida his
work also influenced many artists, architects, poets, and
sculpt rests. He was the best artist of the 16th century
before the age of thirty he sculpted two of his best works
the Pieta and David. Even though he had a low opinion of
art he created two of the most influential frescoes in
western art the Genesis of on the ceiling of the Sistine
chapel in Rome and the last judgment on its altar war.
Leonardo da Vinci
Leonardo da Vinci is most Known for his painting the
Mona lisa he was 51 years old when he painted
the Mona lisa. He was interested in inventing
many things, Drawing, Painting, Architecture,
mathematics, engineering, literature, anatomy,
geology, astronomy, botany, writing, history and
cartography. He was credited for making the
parachute, helicopter and tank he epitomized the
renaissance humanist ideal.
Petrarch
Petrarch is mostly known for his poetry. Petrarch was an enthusiastic Latin
scholar and did most of his writing in this language, his writings include
scholarly works, essays, letters, and more poetry. Petrarch was the first
humanist, his discovery of Cicero’s letters were credited with initiating the
14th century Renaissance. In the 16th century Pietro Bembo created the
model for the modern Italian language based on Petrarch’s works. Later
Petrarch would be endorsed as a model for Italian style by the accademia
della crusca. He sonnets were admired and imitated throughout Europe
and also became a model for lyrical poetry. He is also known for being the
first to develop the concept of the Dark ages.
