T/O RWY 변경 시 정확한 절차를 수행하기 위해서는 꼼꼼한 확인이 필요하며 이를 위해서는
서두르지 말고 시간을 확보하여야 하며 ATC 에 GND Holding 을 요구합니다
항공기 Taxi 중 RWY 변경 절차 수행하는 것은 TWY 오 진입의 원인이 될 수 있으며 또는
서두름의 원인이 되어 RWY 변경 절차가 누락 될 수 있습니다

In the case of T/O RWY change after push-back, while starting the engines, or while
taxiing, some of procedures were missed. In order to prevent the RTO from happening
caused by these human errors, we provide you with some information regarding the
items required being confirmed for T/O RWY change.
Common cases of RTO caused by human errors when the T/O RWY has been changed
Missing inputting the new RWY number into the FMS after T/O RWY change, “FMC
RUNWAY DIS” MSG popped up, and a RTO was executed. (Boeing)
Conducting a Flex Temp PWR T/O without imputing Flex Temp into the FMS after T/O
RWY changed, “ ENG THR LEVER NOT SET” MSG popped up, and a RTO was executed.

The biggest cause of these errors in the case of T/O RWY change is ‘Hurry-Up’.
In the case of T/O RWY change, thorough confirmation is required in order to conduct
correct procedures. For this, we should not hurry up and request GND holding to ATC to
gain extra time.
Conducting RWY change procedures while taxiing could be a cause of wrong taxiway
entrance or could lead us to hurry up and to miss some of RWY change procedures.
• DEP/ARR : Inputting or confirming the new RWY and SID amended by ATC.
