activities effectively and effidiently to combine implutes
from the environment such as human resources, financian
resources, physical resources, information resources and
to work toward achieving the goals of that organization.
A manger is someone who is primarily for carry out the
managemant process. Manager’s face a variety of
interesting and challenging situations. Manager’s of any
organization has to cope with rapid changes, unexpected
disruption and both minor and major craises. The
manager’s job is unpredictable and fraught with
challenges, but is also filled with opportunities to make a
meaningful difference.
