OBJECTIVES OF STUDY:
To learn and understand the management of working
capital

To understand the importance of current ratio in the


financial management of a company

To advise the company for improving the short-term


liquidity position of the company

collected for first time.

SECONDARY DATA: Secondary data is data which


is collected by someone other than user. i.e. data
from: Magazines, newspapers, website, journals,
books etc.

Industries faces working capital deviation.

Industries prefer current asset to current liability ratio


and current asset to fixed asset ratio.
CONCLUSION:
Textile industry accounts for 21% of the total employment
generated in the economy.

Industries mostly goes for short term loans that own


savings for finance.

Overall budgeting method is used for determining level of


working capital.

Majority of industries go for long term budgeting.

Current asset to current liability ratio and current asset to


fixed asset ratio are used for calculating working capital.
