Recruitment is a set of procedures used in


the process of summoning people suitable
for a certain type of activity. It is a concept
widely used both in the military and in the
workplace, and in all areas in which it is
required to fill one or more vacancies.

SELECTION
The selection of personnel is a process by which the company
chooses among different candidates the one most suitable to
occupy a position. Part of the need to hire new employees,
either because a position has become vacant or a new one has
been created, and includes from the recruitment of talent to the
final selection of the most qualified and valuable professionals
who can contribute to the company.
