 About the author
Annie Murray is a british books writer. She has
worked as a journalist and a nurse. Also, this
woman is living in Birmingham as well.
„Birmingham Rose“ was her first novel.
 Plot
This novel is about one spirited, intelligent girl,
named Rose Lucas. She born into a large family.
One rainy day she has met a wonderful girl,
named Diana. Rose had got many problems with
her family – her Daddy, named Sid, used to beat
her Mother, named Dora. All Rose`s life wasn`t
easy and she experienced many different things.
 The main idea
The main idea of this book is that life is
unpredictable and is why life is interesting.
 My favourite character
My favourite character was Rose Lucas. She was
very calm, smart and intelligent girl. She really
cared about her family, and friends. She hadn`t
got many but every single friend she loved so
much. I like her positive natural and I hope, I`ll
be as kind as she.
