PRIORITY WITH COMPETENCY GAP

ALIGNMENT
 THE ALIGNMENT APPROACH

 Aligned means not direct match between L&D and competency gap
but they are related to each other.
 One learning and development may align with more than one
competency gap.
 Competency gap possibly will align with low priority L&D , that mean
those L&D under business with low priority(not listed in our L&D
priority).
 There are competency gap which are not aligned to any learning and
development priority. This competency gap are not prioritized in
Business.

 Competency Duplication removed based on competency name,

competency code and competency gap at each level.
 The definition of respective competency name linked from
competency list file.
 L&D aligned to competency gap based on the relation between L&D
and (Competency name, competency definition, and competency
gap).
 Population per each competency gap calculated based on the
duplication or frequency of (competency name, competency code,
and respective level competency gap).
