children as speculated. This is the Pre-Operational Theory, At this stage, children
can make mental representation.
GENDER SCHEMA
THEORY
 is a blueprint for organizing information about the different social roles men and
women play, and information about what society expects of men and women.
GENDER STEREOTYPING
 Is defined as the belief’s humans hold about the characteristics associated with males
and females.
GENDER AND EQUALITY
 Gives women and men the same entitlements to all aspects of human development –
economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights.
