 Getting into India will be easy with a joint venture, targeting companies that are
challengers or at par of a challengers would be good

 With this not only will we get to know the Indian audience; the company will also get fame
of being tied with an international fund.

 Contract can be set up as to when to exit the venture. MONY can invest more so that the
partner is also comfortable and it will give us more exposure.
