• The story of the contractor (for example is it a large reputable contractor
doing private+govt, or dominant in area or a small but politically connected
one or just Royalty Fee Contractor)
• A description of the contractor – like what their PCAB rating and classification
is, where their office is, phone numbers etc
• Contact information database and Map plot of Contractors per area
• Our communication with them and our chances of success with them,
including their current suppliers and terms
• Which suppliers are dominant (national and also the local hardware suppliers
for the area)
• Plan of visit or even online presentation/meeting
• A rating of our chances with the contractor
• What we can do to support you with these clients

• Listing of DEOs by number and total value of Flood Control Projects, then rank
them as below
• Specific Rivers that they are working on, like Inabanga River with a lot of PVC
Sheet Piles or Tacloban Shore Heightening Cold Rolled U pile
• Find a contact in the DEOs (at least the Top 5 per region)
