ACTIVITY 1
1. Choose the correct verb in the following sentences.

1)  Matias bought a lottery ticket last week, he got all the numbers
right and won/earned the lottery.

2) It’s freezing cold outside, you should wear/use a jacket and


some gloves. 

3) My dog is sick, I think he ate something he shouldn’t have. I’ll


have to bring/take him to the vet.

4) A: I can’t look for/find my wallet! I had my train ticket there,

A: It’s brown with red stripes on the side.
