Training Objectives

 To provide guidance on completing a provider reconciliation


 To inform reconciler of the resources available to perform a proper reconciliation
 Knowledge transfer on different methods used for different providers.
Roles/responsibilities

 Reconciling providers SOAs to ensure the balances matches both the records.
 Generating reports of handling providers
 Validation of PR and the inward data
 QoQ closure of liabilities.
 Identified and resolved all variances before final closure
 Follow-up to ensure discrepancies are appropriately addressed and closed in a
timely manner
 Effectively collaborates with internal resources
