REQUIREMENTS OF A VALID CONTRACT


 It must be valid and enforceable
 (Art. 1318) There is no contract unless the following
requisites concur: (1)Consent, (2)Object and (3)Cause
 If it is not contrary to the law, morals, good customs, public
order and public policy and invalid if contrary.
