visual assessment is basically to check for any:

-Cracks on the walls, floors and ceilings.


-stain marks on any building element (paint stains, mortar stains, others)
-Damages on any building element
-Inconsistent (e.g: color or tonality of tile finish, size of tile joints, roughness of external wall finish, gap on doors & windows,
others)
-Paintwork defects of any building element
-Gaps (between suspended ceiling & wall, others)
-Improper installation of internal fixtures (sanitary fiitings, staircase railings, others)

The usage of this material can contribute to good workmanship and to also encourage the use of this materials in the industry.
